BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

South Boston is an area with deep ties to faith. When the Pilgrims first settled in Massachusetts, they envisioned that their community would stand as “a city on the hill” for the light of the gospel. Four hundred years later, the North East is one of the most unreached parts of the United States. Churches sit vacant, and very few hear God’s message of redemptive grace. Brookville Bible Community wants to change this. They want to focus on long-term relationships while tangibly demonstrating the love of God to their local community. Through acts of service and outreach events, they hope to become a vital part of community life in Holbrook, Massachusetts. This is where your team comes in. They need “people power” to continue moving their vision forward. Come be a light in South Boston.

Ministry opportunities range from construction projects, to outreach events and Children’s Bible School.

Yes. Our mission trip teams have tons of individual volunteers. We do, however, need to have at least 25 volunteers sign up for a trip to make it happen. If you sign up for a trip and we do not get enough volunteers, you will have the option to join another team or join a trip in the future. We will also issue a refund if you are not interested serving on another trip.

Lodging

Teams are housed at our church partner in the area. Participants may need to provide their own cot or air mattress with their own bedding.

Some teams drive. Other teams fly into Boston Logan, then rent vehicles. Teams provide their own ground transportation to and from the airport and to the daily worksites.
